Born in Scotland, Andy and his mother Connie emigrated to Canada in the mid 1950’s. Andy attended North Toronto Collegiate Institute and graduated from the University of Guelph. After a long and successful career in textbook publishing, Andy retired to a quiet corner (Young and Eglinton) of Toronto, where he said he could keep his finger on the pulse of modernity.
Andy was predeceased by his mother.
Cremation has taken place. Friends will gather for a Celebration of Life at a future date.
