It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donald (Don) Cousins, aged 71 years. He was an avid hockey fan, always loyal to and cheering on The Leafs, and even making it to AAA in his youth. He enjoyed a weekend car ride, old western movies, bbq-ing, going to the casino and getting together with friends. Always a kind man, he went out of his way to help others and had a very strong sense of what was right. He was a hard worker and wonderful father to Heather Reilly and Jennifer Hocking. He will forever be missed by his ex-wife and best friend Debbie, and grandkids Connor, Lily, Maya, Harry and Lucy. He is survived by brother Jim and sister Betty. He was made to feel like family by friends like Steve, John, James, Dave, Liam and all his other hockey buddies and work friends at Wietz Toyota and for that we thank you. Quick with a smile and joke, he brought much laughter to all who knew him. Due to the Covid restrictions we will be having a graveside internment and celebration of life at some point in the future when it is safe to do so.
