It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph David Lee, announces his passing on Monday August 7 2017 at the age of 56 yrs.

Joe’s parents, Joseph Arther Lee (predeceased), and Monique (Zachary) Lee of Commox B.C. Uncles Benjamin L Lee (predeceased) and Kenneth G Lee and their families. Close cousin to Kimberley (Kerry) Piccinetti, and Uncle to Michael (Becky), Andrew (Robyn), and Heather (Alessio).

After growing up in B.C., Joe made the venture to Ontario, and made Toronto his home. He had an economics background, and with that he started a business with his partners, and made a life for himself. He was very good at what he did, and took pride in his accomplishments. Joe loved to travel, and enjoyed his trips to Europe. He also enjoyed cooking and took great pride in making his favourite meals. Along with his food, he had a very keen eye for expensive wine. His favorites were Cabernet Sauvignon and Amarone. He also loved to garden and his balcony always looked prestine. Joe loved tennis, and would watch it for hrs on end. Reading was also a big deal for Joe, he was very interested in culture, and understanding the politics of different countries. He also had a curiosity for how peoples’ minds worked, and took a psychiatry course at Ryerson. He also liked to listen, and try and help out, when in need. Driving around downtown Toronto in his BMW with the top down and the music blarring, brings back so many great memories of my cousin. I’m going to miss his sarcasm and his teasing, but will always and forever have him in my heart.
