It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Lynne Mary Hutchison (Chalmers) on June 18, 2018 at the age of 82. Lynne will be greatly missed by her daughters Robin and Lindsay Hutchison, her sisters Joanne Robertson and Sheila Caldwell, her niece Jodi Robertson and nephews Kirk and Scott Robertson. She passed during her stay at Kensington Hospice in Toronto, ON where she was well cared for during the last weeks and days of her life.

Celebration of Life

There will be a small private family gathering followed by a public “Celebration of Life” for friends and family on July 7, 2018 from 11am – 2pm at the Toronto Harbour and a memorial cruise from 2-4 pm (contact Robin or Lindsay for further details).

Donations

We would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Kensington Hospice for the incredible care and compassion they gave to Lynne. For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the Kensington Hospice.
