Wai Tong passed in peace at the age of 99. He was a wonderful husband, a very loving and caring father, a terrific grandfather and great grandfather.

He was very kind and thoughtful. He was polite and caring to family members, colleagues, friends, neighbours and anyone he interacted with. He always made extra effort to care for how others felt. He was a very considerate person.

He was a keen provider for his family and was successful in taking good care of his family from operating his jeweler business. He had retired for 35 years during which he enjoyed a variety of different things and was able to spend a lot of time to indulge in his favourite mahjong game.

Survivors include his wife Ying Lin; 2 daughters Sandra and Mimi (Tad); 1 son Chee Tak (Amy); 3 grand children Hilary (Chris), Jenise and Karen （Sesame）; 3 great grandchildren Caitlin, Rachel and Harry; and many loving nephews and extended family.
