No Hidden Fee Guarantee

Burial and Cremation costs are unfamiliar to most and can be very confusing. Unfortunately, some other providers quote a low price, but they do not give you the complete costs. There may be hidden add-on charges after you have chosen to utilize their services*. Our integrity and honesty ensures a positive experience for all involved which is why we have created our “No Hidden Fee Promise” package plans.

We guarantee the price we give you over the phone or you see on this site, will always be the price that you will pay for agreed Services. Naturally, discretionary items you may later choose to add, Cash advance items like performers, or expenses charged by a cemetery are not included.

*What some other providers fail to disclose are the additional fees that may be necessary. These include cemetery expenses, obituaries, Honourariums (clergy, musicians, soloists, altar servers), catering, sales tax, etc. We will be more than happy to email you a quote so that you will have a price option that is as accurate as possible.



If you are presented with a Service fee that does not live up to this guarantee, we will refund the amount of any such error, and our ‘No Hidden Fee Guarantee’ is also subject to our ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ – see how we make it right above.
